Refunds

Seven days to change your mind, with nothing to justify.

The rule

Ask within seven days of buying and the money goes back. We do not ask why. It applies to purchases in reais and in dollars.

Once per person

A refund is given once per person. If you have already been refunded for Distrophia, you will not be refunded again and cannot buy it again with the same email or card.

How to ask

Write to apps@oprimo.dev from the email you bought with. The licence is turned off when the refund goes through.
